Transport and treatment
The COMETEL System swarf treatment systems are used to remove and treat the swarf generated on the various lines of Machine Tools which make up a production centre.
They consist of a set of hinged conveyor belts, scrapers or spiked bar which makes a centralised collection of the swarf generated of the various lines and transports it to the treatment system, where it is crushed and/or centrifuged, depending on the customers´ needs.
This means that time is not spent on handling swarf, cutting fluids can be recovered, the swarf obtained is free of contaminating residues and the volume is substantially reduced.
There is a Wide range of rotating, holding etc. motorised trays which COMETEL uses to distribute the swarf correctly in the containers.
