NEW MONTH, NEW PROJECT. NOVEMBER 2017

We have started the month of November with new projects.
We have just said goodbye to three conveyors for a recurrent customer in Spain. The three of them are different but are destined to grant a better productivity.
The installation is composed of three totally different conveyors and complementary accessories for each one of them. The models are smaller to larger:

-       CR-450-CH P= 2,5”
-       CR-600-CH P=4”
-       CR-750-CH P=2,5”

Conveyor No. 1; Model CR-450-CH P = 2.5 " is constructed in a totally straight format, formed by a metallic belt of metal hinges of pitch 2.5". The belt has 3 mm thick side guards for the protection of the transmission and prevents the transported materials from being inserted laterally. It also has dragging paddles of 30 mm approximately, every 15 steps for the elevation of the material, which are tapered at the vertices, to prevent possible coinages that generate damage in the installation.

The Conveyor No. 2; Model CR-600-CH P = 4 ", is built in a swan neck format, with an inclination of 30º, with a band formed by metal hinges of picth = 4". It has dragging paddles of approximately 40-50 mm, every 15 steps for lifting the material. As an accessory, this conveyor has a built-in spinning system to facilitate the discharge of the material at different points.

Finally, the Conveyor No. 3; Model CR-700-CH P = 2.5 ", it is built in a swan neck format, with an inclination of 40 º, formed by a metallic belt of metal hinges of pitch 2.5".
