In our workshop we have designed, and permanently mounted a SWARF TREATMENT MACHINES TEST AREA for chips and lubricants, in order to do tests with the chips sent by our customers, to be able to offer the best solution for their needs.

The main objective for this Test Area, is to provide solutions to the metal sector companies in the field of Transporting, Treating and Recovering waste of machining.

The results obtained in the different tests done in this Test Area, allow COMETEL to extend the knowledge of the behaving of the different chips ( different geometry, different materials )and coolants in each machine.

Testing Area units:

• Crushing area: Inclined and horizontal crushing
• Centrifuging Area: Composed by 4 different size Centrifuges depending on the production
• Briquetting area: In order to obtain briquettes from de chips.
• Area of metallic chip aspiration and transport by air via closed pipe system
• Different conveyors to feed different machines
