METALLIC HINGE CONVEYORS
We have just said goodbye to three conveyors for a recurrent customer in Spain. All three of them are different but are destined to grant a better productivity.
The models are smaller to larger:
- CR-450-CH P= 2,5”
- CR-600-CH P=4”
- CR-750-CH P=2,5”
Conveyor No. 1
Model CR-450-CH P = 2.5 " is completely straight, formed by a metallic belt of metal hinges of pitch 2.5". The belt has 3 mm thick side guards for the protection of the transmission and prevents the transported materials from being inserted laterally.
It also has dragging paddles that contribute to the elevation of the material. They are also tapered at the vertices, to prevent possible coinages that generate damage in the installation.

As an accessory, this conveyor has a built-in spinning system to facilitate the discharge of the material at different points.

Model CR-700-CH P = 2.5 ", it is also a swan neck model, in this case with an inclination of 40 º, formed by a metallic belt of metal hinges of pitch 2.5". The belt has 3 mm thick side guards for the protection of the transmission and prevents the transported materials from being inserted laterally. It also has dragging paddles of 30 mm approximately.
