HAMMER MILL INFEED CONVEYOR

Hammer mill infeed conveyors are used for transporting very heavy materials, such as, for example, end-of-life vehicles.

PRE-SHREDDER OUTPUT AND SHREDDER INFEED CONVEYOR

Reinforced metal conveyor that can usually be used as a connection between the Pre-Shredder and the Shredder, thus avoiding manual handling.

SHREDDER INFEED CONVEYOR

Shredder infeed conveyors can be very diverse, and can transport from heavy elements to lower weight materials.

NON-METAL WASTE BALER INFEED CONVEYOR

They are manufactured with different conveyor belts depending on the material to be transported, such as, for example, paper, cardboard, plastic, etc.

METAL BALER INFEED CONVEYOR

The metal baler infeed conveyor is used to transport waste continuously, such as, for example, metal scraps from stamping.

Thanks to the rotatory system of these conveyors, space is optimised, facilitating the output of the material into different areas depending on its origin.

Suitable for materials coming from the fragmenting process with a large quantity of soil.

RUBBER BELT CONVEYOR

It is used after the metal conveyor to transport smaller size waste at a higher speed. Cometel conveyors are designed and manufactured according to the needs presented by each customer.

SEPARATING EQUIPMENT

TROMMEL

The rotating screen or trommel makes it possible to process a stream of material and arrive at granulometric classification of the particles that make it up.

VIBRATING SCREEN

The vibrating screen is used for classification and granulometric separation of waste.

MAGNETIC DRUM

Receives the material from a conveyor belt and uses its magnetic field to separate ferrous material from the other materials.

OVERBAND

When the load passes beneath the overbrand, the ferrous particles are attracted by its permanent magnets, thus separating these particles from the rest of the waste.

EDDY CURRENT

Used to separate non-ferrous materials from the rest of the waste by repellency.

BRIQUETTING MACHINES

The function of the briquetting machine is to compact the loose metal chips to form briquettes, reducing the volume and separating during this process the cutting fluids that can be recovered for later reuse in machining.
